Kentuckians vote

I voted today.

I voted this morning in the special election for Kentucky’s 6th district Congressional Representative. I hope that there is a good turnout both here and in Wisconsin, where they are voting in the Democrat primary. I hate that the leaders of this nation are usually decided by a minority of citizens.

Two of my e-friends from Where’s George? are blogging also, which makes me happy. Agent Splat (aka Marc) is a volunteer for an EMT in Wisconsin, and Idiot from Iowa (aka Chad) is a high school student in Iowa and is the only blogger I’ve read who wrote an entire entry in haiku.

The City of Madison, Wisconsin, is considering a resolution to “let the Dixie Chicks know that they can become the adopted country music group of Madison, Wisconsin, and encouraging them to change their name to the Heartland Chicks or the Dairyland Chicks.”
